The Tale of Doctor Frankenstein
Gather Round and hear this Tragic tale
a story bound to thrill you without fail
in darkened halls in even darker time
Hear the Tale of Doctor Frankenstein
No one saw the stranger come into town
They say an evil secret he had found
The Stranger came in even stranger days
At that same time there was someone robbing graves
In the Dead of Night with the Moon all aglow
With a Carving Knife and a Shovel he Goes
Where? No one Knows
by Candle Light he worked in Secret deed
a wicked wind blew in across the sea
Rumor flew on who this man could be
But some things best be left a mystery
In the Dead of Night with the stars all aglow
He would spend his time working all alone
Why? No one knows
Now it was not his intention
For his unholy invention
To go awry and terrorize
But if I failed to mention
that his creation
Was a gross amalgamation
Of guts and brains, muscles and veins
worse than imagination
In the Dead of Night with a Storm in the sky
With a Flash of Light
the creature did Rise
And Came Alive!
a shadow moves in the corner of your eye
you feel the chills start runnin’ down your spine
now you get the feeling you know why
cuz somewhere in the night; the Monster’s still alive
In the Dead of Night under the pale moon’s glow
The Monster Hides and Silently Goes
Where no one knows.
